NightBuyer (“we”) provides online software to automate Facebook and Instagram advertising. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

• NightBuyer account: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, store name, password (stored hashed).
• Website trial form: name, WhatsApp number, email and any optional details you provide.
• Meta data (Facebook / Instagram), only if you connect your account: access token, your ad accounts, pages and Instagram accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and their statistics (spend, results, CPA…).
• Shopify data, only if you link your store: access token and orders (number, amount, payment, fulfillment and cancellation status, customer display name, UTM parameters).
• Telegram, if you enable it: your bot token and the chat ID where alerts are sent.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, sign-in dates and action log, for security and support.

2. Why we use it

• To provide the service: show your statistics, run the rules and strategies you enable, launch the campaigns you create, send your alerts.
• To compute your real cost per confirmed order by matching your orders to your ads.
• To manage your subscription, support you and contact you about your trial.
• To protect the service (abuse and fraudulent sign-in prevention).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other clients.

3. Sharing

Your data is only sent to the services needed for the features you enable: Meta (Marketing API), Shopify, Telegram, and our hosting provider. Each applies its own privacy policy.

4. Storage and security

Each client has an isolated data space. Meta and Shopify access tokens are encrypted. Connections to the website and the app are protected by HTTPS.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After your subscription ends, it is kept for up to 90 days so you can come back, then deleted. Trial requests that don't convert are deleted after 12 months.

6. Deleting your data

At any time you can:

• remove NightBuyer's access from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove NightBuyer;
• disconnect your Shopify store and Telegram bot from the app Settings;
• request full deletion of your account and all your data by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email through the in-app support, or at the address shown on this website. Deletion is completed within 30 days and we confirm when it's done.

7. Cookies

The website and app only use necessary cookies: your sign-in session and your language preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can access, correct, object to the processing of, or request deletion of your data by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email through the in-app support, or at the address shown on this website.
