1. The service

NightBuyer is online software that helps manage, launch and automate Facebook and Instagram ads, and match them to your store's orders. Access is through a personal account at app.nightbuyer.tech.

2. Trial and subscription

A free trial may be offered (usually 7 days). After that, access is paid according to the chosen plan, per one-month period, with no commitment. If the subscription isn't renewed, access is suspended after a short grace period; your data is kept as described in the privacy policy.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account. You must be authorized to manage the ad accounts, pages and stores you connect.

4. Your ads and budget

NightBuyer runs the rules, strategies and launches you enable or configure. You remain responsible for your ads, their content, your ad budget (paid directly to Meta) and compliance with Meta's advertising policies. We do not guarantee any sales result or cost per order.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use NightBuyer for illegal, misleading or Meta-prohibited products or content, try to access other clients' workspaces, or disrupt the service.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running 24/7, but it may be interrupted (maintenance, Meta, Shopify or Telegram outages). We are not responsible for Meta's decisions (ad rejection, account restriction…).

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last three months.

8. Termination

You can stop your subscription at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment or breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. For any question: on WhatsApp or by email through the in-app support, or at the address shown on this website.
